Facial treatments using facial steamer and essential oils.
Facial moisturising using Ayurvedic beauty products.
Introducing Rupa Ayurvedic beauty products.
Students will be introduced to our new range of Ayurvedic facial creams, body moisturisers, exfoliators, face packs & essential oils.
Introduction to Ayurvedic Body Massage Oils for Vata, Pitta & Kapha.
Ayurvedic herbs & their effect on the skin.
Simple techniques on how to keep the skin toned and balanced.
Diet and its effect on the skin.
Practical Demonstration of the above techniques.
